Requirements to receive donation

Must be a school related, charitable, or non-profit entity and be prepared to provide proof of tax exemption if requested.
Request must be submitted ideally at least 30 days prior to event date.
Must be submitted by an authorized representative of the organization.
Only one request per organization/group will be considered per calendar year.
This is a request only. A donation is not guaranteed.
If approved, you will be notified via email.
Donations will be available for pick-up only for 2 weeks after approval & notification.
You may pick up donation from any clerk at The Big E during regular hours.
We cannot mail donations.
